Arts and Letters Daily

The internet is a vast place. There is so much to read, it’s hard to know where to start. I’ve been “starting” at Arts and Letters Daily for a few years now, and it really is a wonderful service.

The service sifts through published articles, essays, book reviews and editorials and posts three or so samples per day, and keeps the back catalogue. These will not be light reading, but they will be fine examples of good writing and interesting thought. A random sample from today’s page has articles on Garry Kasparov, Jeffrey Sachs, the pocket handkerchief, “The Great Game” of political influence in Central Asia, and more.

Have a look, subscribe to the feed. If you ever need to find the link, it will always be in my blogroll.
