How to make peace using the principles of war

This article about how the UN should enter regions of conflict seems to make a lot of sense.

I say ’seems’ to make sense because I don’t actually know that it does, only that it is well worth reading if you want to begin to understand how the world, through the UN, can deal with these damn hotspots that make us all feel guilt that we should be doing something, anything.
