Do you trust Harper?

He says he doesn’t want an election and that the people don’t. The proof will be in his October 16 Throne Speech. If it includes any of his Bush-lite agenda, we can only conclude that he has forced the issue.

True, he is free to do as he wishes, but if he really doesn’t want an election (and why would he, it is forecasted to be more of the same), he will fashion a get-alone program. But don’t put any money on it. The big knock on the guy is that he can’t be trusted.

October 16 will be a test.
