Knighted — for golfing?

From the hard to believe file …

English golfer Nick Faldo is knighted by Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II at Windsor Castle, England, Tuesday Nov. 10, 2009. The most successful British golfer in the modern era said he was ‘humbled’ but ‘delighted’ after learning of the accolade in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List.
